The monitoring unit is based on fiber Bragg grating sensors providing 2D quasi-distributed temperature measurement inside a high microwave power environment. We discussed the main design issues and experimentally demonstrated the sensor calibration set-up. Repeatability measurements highlighted a standard deviation on the sensitivity values smaller than 0.4 pm/°C. © 2023 IEEE. | URI: | https://doi.org/10.1109/ELECO60389.2023.10416073 https://hdl.handle.net/11147/14558 |
